linksunten.indymedia.org war ein deutschsprachiges, linksradikales, für alle zugängliches Webforum, das 2017 vom CDU-Bundesinnenminister de Mazière verboten wurde.
Resultat: Wiederholte Hausdurchsuchungen und Beschlagnahmungen bei 5 Leuten, die lediglich ein Forum betrieben haben, Kosten von über 80,000€, die Seite blieb als Archiv online – statt Löschungsbefehl für strafrechtlich relevante Inhalte folgte gleich die existenzbedrohende Keule für alle angeblich Verantwortlichen.
2023 dann eine Hausdurchsuchung beim Freien Radiosender Dreyeckland, die sich erlaubt hatten auf das Archiv zu verlinken.
Die Repression hält an, offenbar ist es in Deutschland mittlerweile nicht einmal möglich Weblinks zu teilen ohne mit einem Bein im Knast zu stehen.
Der deutsche Staat beweist – Informationsverbreitung ist schwer kriminell.
Solidarität mit allen „Verbrecher*innen“ die es trotzdem nicht lassen können!

linksunten.indymedia.org was a German language, radical left-wing web forum that was accessible to all, which was banned by the CDU Federal Minister of the Interior de Mazière in 2017.
Result: Repeated house searches and confiscations targeting 5 people, who only ran a forum, costs of over €80,000, the site remained online as an archive remained online as an archive – instead of a deletion order for criminally relevant content – meassures that threatened the livelihood of all those allegedly

Then in 2023 a house search at the free radio station Dreyeckland, which dared to link to the archive. The repression continues, apparently it is now not even possible to share web links in Germany without having one foot in jail.
